We provide professional cleaning and restoration services. All services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the area to be cleaned is free of obstacles. We are not responsible for any damage caused by moving furniture or other items unless due to our negligence.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or odours. We are not liable for any damage to carpets or other property unless caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Complaints and Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being provided. We will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly. Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
